Tetris Capital is excited to announce the completion of the Curtin University Exchange Project, with the recent opening of the Twin Dolphin Hall and the Nesuto Curtin Perth Hotel.
The project includes around 1,000 new student accommodation beds, a 60-room boutique hotel, 38 apartments, 3,000m2 of commercial space, and 12 specialty retail tenancies for a grocery store and food and beverage outlets.
