Probuild, as part of the Live-in Learning consortium with Tetris Capital, InfraRed, Programmed, Nesuto, Unilodge and St Catherine's College are progressing well with construction of the Curtin University Exchange precinct.
Structural topping out is expected on the St Catherine’s College building in September, with the other three buildings of the precinct to follow later in 2020.
The trans-formative project is the first precinct to be delivered in response to the Greater Curtin Master Plan with completion expected in 2022.
