Housing Australia Future Fund: Rivervale, Western Australia

Tetris Capital is leading the development of 171 affordable apartment homes in Rivervale, Western Australia, under the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF).

Spanning the full lifecycle of delivery - design, planning, structuring, construction procurement, and financing - Tetris Capital will continue as an investor and maintain oversight from construction through to operations.

Located within five kilometres of Perth’s CBD, all 171 one- and two-bedroom apartments will be offered at below-market rents to provide much-needed affordable housing for frontline workers, veterans, Indigenous Australians, older women and women at risk of homelessness.  

The site was directly procured from Finbar, with Atlas Building (WA) Pty Ltd appointed as the Design and Construction Contractor following an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process managed by Tetris Capital.

Home in Place (Australia) Limited will provide tenancy and asset management services once construction is complete.

​

The apartments will be ready for tenants in early 2028.
