Tetris Capital has achieved financial close on the $470m South Australia Schools Project. The South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) project will provide two new state-of-the-art Birth to Year 12 schools in Adelaide and will also include community facilities such as child care and sporting fields.
