Tetris-led consortium wins $470m SA contract

Tetris Capital has achieved financial close on the $470m South Australia Schools Project. The South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) project will provide two new state-of-the-art Birth to Year 12 schools in Adelaide and will also include community facilities such as child care and sporting fields.

The 30-year Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract to design, construct and maintain the schools, in Aldinga (southern suburbs) and Angle Vale (northern suburbs), has been awarded to TESA Education, a consortium of Tetris Capital, South Australia-based Sarah Constructions, ISS A/S, DIF Capital Partners and ANZ.
