We were thrilled to win the National Infrastructure Awards’ Government Partnerships Excellence Award with our partners Homes Victoria and Department of Treasury and Finance Victoria for the social housing Ground Lease Model project.
In a first-of-its-kind for social housing in Australia, our partnership will deliver 1,110 new homes in Flemington, Brighton and Prahran. Our team will finance, design, construct and manage the sites for 40 years, before handing the land and buildings back to Homes Victoria.
