Tetris Capital has partnered with Compass Housing to source, develop, deliver and maintain ~190 dwellings across four separate properties throughout the Hunter and Central Coast regions.
These properties are delivered as part of the NSW State Government’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund.
The transaction is for a duration of 25 years under which Tetris Capital will be the management services provider, with Compass Housing undertaking tenant services and facilities management. Centuria Capital Group will finance the development of the four properties.
Tetris Capital also arranged a unique multi-tranche, long-term fixed rate debt solution to remove financing risk from the transaction.
