The mostly local Live-in Learning consortium of Unilodge, Tetris Capital, Doric Constructions, Pindan Construction, Programmed Facility Management, Christou Architecture and Realm landscaping has been shortlisted for Curtin University's student accommodation and mixed use development project in Perth.
The Live-in Learning consortium's operator is Unilodge, a well-known name in the sector while Tetris Capital is putting together the financials.
