The delivery of more than 1,100 new homes is on track to be complete in early 2024.
The three sites in Flemington, Brighton and Prahran will also deliver spaces to support diverse and inclusive communities. This includes community rooms, artists’ studios, social enterprise tenancies, active open spaces, community gardens and pocket parks.
The project incorporates environmentally efficient design, meaning the homes will be more comfortable as well as less expensive to heat and cool carrying a 5-star Green Star rating and a 7-star NatHERS average rating.
