MARS Building, in partnership with Centuria Capital Group, have reached practical completion of the Compass Housing “Eve Apartments” at 316 Maitland Rd Mayfield NSW.
Delivered as part of the innovative NSW Government’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) program, the five-storey development will provide 36 one and two-bedroom social and affordable homes together with coordinated access to tailored support services that empower people to improve their lives and achieve greater security and independence.
The development also includes two prime ground floor commercial tenancies on the high visibility Maitland Road.
The first of four Tetris Capital SAHF developments to reach completion, Tetris Capital will act as the asset manager for the 25 year concession in addition to having raised the finance for the transaction.
