Karratha FIFO Accommodation

The Karratha FIFO Accommodation project is a 604 bed fly-in-fly out (FIFO) accommodation facility located in Karratha, Western Australia.  The facility is owned by DIF Capital Partners and is purpose built to house employees and contractors working on Woodside’s North-West Shelf and Pluto projects.  It’s facilities include a gym, outdoor swimming pool, recreational space and dining room.  
The asset was delivered under a design, build, finance, operate and maintain availability style contract with Woodside Energy and Woodside Burrup.  ESS Support Services Worldwide clean and maintain the facilities, provide front of house services and catering for all residents. 

Tetris commenced acting as the asset manager in July 2021 once the facility was built and will continue to act on a long-term basis.  

The initial asset term is 15 years with options to extend. At the expiry of the contract the asset is to be decommissioned and the land returned to Woodside.
