Hopkins Correctional Centre PPP Refinancing

Tetris is proud to announce the successful c.$209 million refinancing of Hopkins Correctional Centre on behalf of Aegis Correctional Partnerships Pty Ltd and the Dexus Community Infrastructure Fund.

The refinancing is structured through a five year syndicated bank facility and is supported by domestic and international lenders including Westpac, Mizuho, CBA, ANZ and NAB.

Tetris was pleased to act as financial adviser to Aegis and Dexus, and were supported by KWM (ProjectCo Legal), Allens (Debt Legal), BDO (Model Audit), and PwC (Tax).
