Housing Australia Future Fund:
Logan, Queensland

Tetris Capital is leading the development of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) projects to deliver 206 in Logan, Southeast Queensland.

Project partners include KDL Properties who are developing the land, with Ryse Construction building the houses. Community Housing Limited will provide tenancy and asset management services once completed.

​All 206 homes will be offered at a discount to market rents, providing a supply of affordable suburban housing to the local communities.

The 1–4-bedroom homes, many with dual-key layouts, will suit families, key workers such as teachers, nurses and frontline services as well as people in need of housing - such as veterans and women at risk of violence.​

The dwellings will be delivered in stages, with the first stage of housing in Logan completed in September 2025, and first tenants welcomed shortly after.

The final homes are anticipated to be complete by mid-2027.
