Ravenhall Prison Equity Sale

Advised the GEO Group on the Ravenhall Prison PPP sale.

Tetris Capital undertook a global tender for the sale of 100% of the equity in project company.

Ravenhall Prison was sponsored and developed by the GEO Consortium which included GEO Group Australia as Operator, John Holland as Building, and Honeywell as FM Provider under a PPP with the State of Victoria. Ravenhall Prison is a 1,300 bed medium-security men’s prison and commenced operations in 2017.
