Flinders University Health and Medical Research Building Refinancing

Tetris acted as financial adviser to Amber Infrastructure on the c.$271 million refinancing of the Flinders University Health and Medical Research Building, delivered through a 5-year syndicated bank facility.

​The facility drew strong support from a syndicate of domestic and international lenders, including NAB, Bank of China and DZ Bank.

​

​Flinders University is one of South Australia’s largest and most dynamic institutions, with more than 27,000 students and 3,000 staff across its campus network.

The Health and Medical Research Building brings research, education, clinical care and community together under one roof, reinforcing the University’s long-standing role in South Australia’s health, education and medical sectors.

​

​The mandate builds on an established relationship with the project: Tetris was Project Sponsor for its greenfield development in 2021 and continues today as Management Services Provider.
