Woods Point Solar and Storage Project

Following the successful development, Tetris Energy reached completion for Redmud Green Energy to acquire the 5MW Woods Point Solar and Battery Storage Project in South Australia. The project was recently commissioned and was officially opened by South Australian Premier in December 2022.

The Woods Point solar farm is located in the lower Murray region of South Australia. Local electricity loads include dairy, irrigation, pumping and food manufacturing. The site has a connection agreement onto the SA Power Networks Woods Point to Jervois 33kV distribution feeder.

The project combines single axis solar PV array and battery energy storage (Tesla MegaPack).
