Housing Australia Future Fund:
Moreton Bay, Queensland

Tetris Capital is leading the development of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) affordable homes project to deliver 153 homes in Moreton Bay, Southeast Queensland.

​All 1-4 bedroom homes, many with dual-key layouts, will be offered at a discount to market rents to families, key workers - such as teachers, nurses and frontline services - and people in need of housing including veterans and women at risk of violence.​

Project partners include Ryse Construction who are building the houses and KDL Properties as the land developer. Once completed, Community Housing Limited will provide tenancy and asset management services.

The dwellings will be delivered in stages, with the first stage of housing in Moreton Bay completed by end of 2025, and first tenants welcomed shortly after.

The final homes are anticipated to be complete by start of 2027.
